Precision Fit Labs is Argyle's newest group fitness and sports performance center. We optimize your workout using a comprehensive, scientific, and entertaining approach to take your fitness to the next level. High intensity group workouts, smart technology, customized programming, and comprehensive recovery help you get motivated, maximize your workout, and stay energized all day. Our programs offer something for everyone! Whether you?re a high school athlete or a busy parent with school age children, you can experience a truly intense workout without the all-day exhaustion!

Our sports performance facility is over 2000 square feet of FIFA-rated SportFit turf. We offer sports performance training for competitive youth teams or rent our space to run your own skills sessions.
